Born in Charlotte, NC, and raised in Fort Mill, SC, Alex Dewey has deep roots in the community. He attended Fort Mill Elementary and Middle Schools, then completed his education at Camden Military Academy, where he graduated as 1st Lieutenant and Cadet of the Year. Alex continued his academic journey at Lees McRae College in Banner Elk, NC, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communications. His dedication to excellence earned him a place on the Lees McRae ski team, where he was a three-year letterman and received the 1992 Coaches' Award.

In 1993, Alex transitioned into the sales industry as a National Accounts Manager for Konica Business Technologies, where he quickly distinguished himself with numerous awards for his exceptional work ethic and sales prowess. Today, he is a proud Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), demonstrating his commitment to ongoing professional development.

Alex lives in Fort Mill with his wife, Melanie, and their son, Kaleb. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fishing and hunting, cherishing the time spent outdoors.
